Strict new curbs on life in the UK to tackle the spread of corona virus have been announced by the prime minister.
MB Fire Risk staff continue to work from home and will comply with today’s instruction to only travel where absolutely necessary. Later confirmed by Boris to be key workers only.
All none essential key workers including MB Fire Risk should stay at home to reduce the spread of corona virus, until the Government on advice can relax the curbs to normal working life.
Due to the effective shut down, we aim to apply to the Job retention Scheme as announced by the Chancellor last week, resulting in or director/employees being ‘furloughed’ until we are permitted to travel and work normally.
Together we can stop spreading the virus to each other, protect our NHS and key staff and save many many lives.
Please stay at home, check your smoke alarms and ensure your family know the emergency fire plan.
